Weekly Class Schedule
-
Kundalini Morning Rise
Sundays · 10 a.m. Eastern · 60 minutes
Rise without rushing.
Begin your Sunday with kundalini yoga, breathwork, mantra, and meditation.
We’ll have a full hour to explore the practice, connect with the breath, and settle into rest. Expect guided kriyas, space to adjust your practice, and encouragement to listen to your body.
An invitation to feel awake, present, and grounded—with no need to arrive full of energy.
Bring: A yoga mat, water, and a blanket or cushion for seated practice
-
Meditation Monday's
Mondays · 6 p.m. Eastern · 30 minutes
A pause before the week runs away with you.
Settle into guided meditation, breath awareness, and moments of quiet. Practices may also include sound bowls or mudra.
You don’t have to make your mind perfectly quiet. When your attention wanders, we’ll practice coming back—one breath at a time.
Thirty minutes to pause, listen, and give yourself some breathing room.
Bring: A comfortable seat or cushion, a blanket, and anything that helps you settle in.
-
A Little Heat Yoga Sculpt
Wednesdays · 6 p.m. Eastern · 30 minutes
A little challenge. Room to wobble.
Explore yoga with strength-building exercises in a playful practice that brings some warmth to your Wednesday.
We’ll work with balance, strength, and steady breath, with options to adjust the pace and take breaks.
Come ready to try, laugh, and discover what feels strong for you today.
Bring: A yoga mat and water. Check the booking details for any additional equipment.
-
Mantra & Stillness
Thursdays · 6 p.m. Eastern · 30 minutes
Give your attention somewhere to land.
Explore mantra meditation through repetition, sound, breath, and quiet attention. Practices may also include mudra.
I’ll introduce the mantra’s meaning and pronunciation so you can become familiar with the practice. Listen first, join in when you feel ready, or continue listening.
No singing experience required. Your voice is welcome exactly as it is.
Bring: A comfortable seat, water, and a blanket or shawl. Mala beads are optional.
-
The Friday Exhale: Yoga Nidra
Fridays · 6 p.m. Eastern · 30 minutes
Your Friday plans: get comfortable.
Settle in for yoga nidra, a guided resting meditation.
I’ll guide your attention through the practice while you rest in a supported position. There are no poses to keep up with—just time to pause and listen.
A little space between the week you’ve had and the weekend ahead.
Bring: A comfortable place to lie down or sit, a blanket, and pillows for support. An eye pillow is optional.
