Corporate Yoga & Workplace Wellness
Help your team pause, reset, and feel better at work.
Less tension.
A little breathing room.
Help your team feel calmer, stronger, and grounded through approachable yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
From a quick desk-yoga break to a workshop or ongoing program, sessions are tailored to your people, your setting, and your schedule.
There’s room to laugh, wobble, and rest—even during the workday.
Available virtually and in person in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Travel to other locations is available by arrangement.
Your team does a lot.
Make room for a pause.
Back-to-back meetings. Hours at a screen. Lunch with a side of emails. Shoulders that have quietly crept toward everyone’s ears.
Workplace yoga and meditation give employees time to step away from their tasks, reconnect with their bodies, and take a breath.
Sessions introduce practical ways to stretch, breathe, and pause that participants can return to throughout the day.
No yoga experience required. No expectation to touch your toes. Just an invitation to practice at your own pace
Find the right practice for your team.
-
A little less screen time. A little more shoulder room.
Approachable seated and standing yoga practices, with attention to areas that can feel tense during desk work: the neck, shoulders, wrists, back, and hips.
A good fit for meeting breaks, remote teams, conferences, and workplaces with limited space.
-
Space to stretch, build strength, and settle.
A guided yoga practice shaped around your group’s experience, interests, and setting. Sessions can include hatha, vinyasa, or kundalini practices, with options to adjust the pace and poses.
A good fit for wellness days, retreats, team events, and recurring classes.
-
A pause that doesn’t require a yoga mat.
Explore approachable breathing practices, guided meditation, and grounding exercises. For groups seeking deeper rest, yoga nidra can be incorporated when the time and setting allow.
A good fit for virtual teams, busy workdays, leadership retreats, and quiet breaks during events.
-
Practical tools for real workdays.
Interactive sessions combining education, guided practice, and time for questions. Topics can include desk tension, breathing practices, mindful pauses, and making yoga or meditation part of everyday life.
